Return Policy

No Material may be returned after 30 days from receipt of merchandise.

Returns must be accompanied by invoice, name, address and daytime phone.

There is a 15% restocking fee and approval of returned merchandise.

Damages & Shortages

Tools You Like must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any problems regarding package.

If the material you receive does not correspond with your order, notify us immediately referencing order number and item. Hold incorrect items until instructions for return are received.

For UPS deliveries: If the shipment has been tampered with, contact Tools You Like immediately. Have the UPS driver note on delivery and SAVE the damaged carton for inspection.

For Parcel Post deliveries: If there is evidence of a parcel post shortage, or tampered shipment, contact your local postmaster who will then call and inspect the shipment. If insured, file a claim with local post office and notify Tools You Like in writing giving details.

For ALL damages: YOU MUST KEEP THE CARTON AND ALL CONTENTS UNTIL SETTLEMENT IS ADJUSTED. If this precaution is not taken, we cannot assist you in recovering the amount of claim against the carrier.
